Yeah, I'm going to have to disagree with Seth on this one. I believe people have to change their own perspective (circumstances); otherwise, it seems like you're just pandering to them. I would want to know how people respond on their own level and perhaps I'm the one who needs to change to get the response you're looking to achieve. I've learned that you don't manage people, you manage processes.
