You were like so spot on, on this one. We would have people contact us and want to come take a tour of our venue. We would ask if they have reviewed the different packages we offer. Often times they have not. We tell them we'll send our packages information to them, and they can decide which package they were interested in and then they can contact us to set up an appointment. It was a great way to weed out the ones that really weren't interested or was outside their budget. It wouldn't waste their time or ours. We've used the phrase "Maybe we just aren't the right fit for your needs". Then we can both just move on.
